Positive, I loved the beautiful sea view from my room and the friendly and helpful staff. The selected room was clean and spacious, and I enjoyed a relaxing time at the lovely pool area. It was also great to have a nice variety for breakfast.

We really appreciated the hotel's fantastic position, being just a short walk from the Ethno-Anthropological Museum and the stunning views at Belvedere Castellammare del Golfo, making our city strolls even more enjoyable. the helpful staff and lovely sea views definitely added a special touch to our stay.

During our stay, we faced some unfortunate issues with the air conditioning in our room, as it barely functioned and made our nights uncomfortable. the cleaning staff seemed rushed, as we encountered a phone call from the front desk inquiring about shoes left under the bed, which disturbed our sleep early in the morning. We also reported the presence of ants in the room, which was quite unappealing and could have been addressed more proactively.

We enjoyed our time at the hotel with great vibes and a lovely pool area that had plenty of loungers and a nice bar! The breakfast spread covered all the basics, and we loved relaxing by the outdoor pool and soaking in the chill atmosphere. the punta had a stunning panoramic solarium with sunbeds and a hot tub, perfect for relaxing. the group loved the amazing outdoor pool and the breakfast spread was delightful. isabelle at the front desk made us feel really welcome and helped us check in early, which was a great bonus.
